Software Application and Hardware Installation and Support

We are an expanding Hospitality EPOS company offering our software and hardware solutions to the hospitality sector. Due to an ever expanding client base we are seeking a Support and Installation person.

We are looking for someone who has a keen understand of desktop PC's and Microsoft Operating Systems. You probably love pulling apart your own and your mates PC's and troubleshooting issues and problems.

Specifically you will be working with and installing our software on:

• Microsoft XP, Windows 7 and some server OS work
• TCPIP networks, including LAN, VPN's and Wireless networks
• Microsoft SQL 2005 and 2008
• Microsoft .net

Previous EPOS system experience and an understanding of the Hospitality industry is favorable. You will need to develop a deep understanding of a very large Hospitality EPOS software solutions. You will be expected to install Pub POS systems, full restaurant POS solutions, complicated hotel POS software solutions and effective cafe till systems. This needs to be followed with 1st Class training and support. Due to the nature of our product and customer base you will be expected to work some nights and weekends and you will have to take after hours support calls.

There will be overnight trips both within the UK and overseas.

The Applicant must have

• A valid UK work permit
• A valid drivers license
• Excellent spoken English, (a second European language could really help)
• Desire to be part of a new and growing business team.

A starting salary of £15,000 with an OTE of £20,000 and room to develop your career.
